X-Squad is TCP Productions first Crime and Detective show. The story revolves around a mysterious disappearance of Wei Zun (Shen Jun Horng). With the cause of his disappearance unknown, Yi Lin (Lee Xian Huan) goes all lengths to search for him, often causing conflicts between a diligent cop Tian Rui (Alouis Lim).
Tian Rui, well known for his hot-headedness and his unorthodox methods in cracking cases, is well liked by his collagues. However, he has a psychological barrier of handling weapons because of an incident from the past. Also, he is often mocked by fellow officer Han Ji (Clarissa Kok) for being a bummer.
With X-Squad a famous department for handling unique cases, viewers can expect a mixture of Action and Comedy in this drama.
